Cotto-Margarito: If the fight lasts less than 3 full rounds...

Ok I was just making a point.. because your saying Margarito will knockout Cotto under 3 rounds so I was just saying what good fighters has Margarito knocked out for you to claim this to be possible.

I'm not a Margarito hater.. I just don't think he will win against Cotto by any means. Theres no significant evidence that proves Cotto can be hurt besides those times he was wobbled at 140; Everyone knows that Cotto was being drained to make 140 though so those can't even be used as arguments.

 

Rocked by Judah? show me clips where he was hurt.

Torres & Corley was at 140 and everyone knows the draining he did to make 140.

 

cottos been known to be rocked early in fights such as torres and judah and corley! only fight he was rocked afterward was the mosley one. marg has a better chin never really been rocked when compared to cotto yes went down from a bodyshot and thats why i say early in the fight is a marg ko later in the fight cottodabodykill ko

 

Obviously the under 3 has to go to Margarito.

Cotto is a good puncher but not that kind of puncher. Sure Cotto early on knocked guys out quick but thats because like most hot prospects he was brought along on tomato cans.

Margarito on the other hand has starched lots of guys in less than 3. And that has extended right up to his most recent KO victim Golden Johnson. Margarito is the kind of puncher that when he wants to blast you out he can most certainly do it. He has obviously done it before.

 

exactly he knows he has a good chin and will show no respect in the early going of this fight he will try to expose cotto chin early knowing cotto been rocked before by smaller dudes. if he aint able to hurt cotto though it will turn against him by the 9th 10th rd.

lmao, Not only will Cotto knock Margarito out, he's almost as likely to do it in 3 rounds or less. Some of the people here are funny. Cotto can probably walk on water and fly like Superman as well. Just ask them. They'll tell you. We should make a poll "Who Is More Likely To Find A Cure For Cancer - Cotto Or Margarito?" Cotto will win by a landslide.

Golden Johnson is a 33 year old who has never proven anything and had came out of a 1 year lay off to fight Margarito.

Margarito has knocked out 11 people under 3 rounds.. All nobodies. Margarito's most notable wins are his wins against Cintron (A boxer who went to war with a C-Class fighter known as Jessie Feliciano).

 

Cotto has never gone down off a punch, Once off of a pull down. Cotto was rocked by Corley and Torres at 140 which he was draining himself to make the weight. Judah or Mosley never really hurt him and if you think otherwise tell me rounds in which Cotto was rocked by them.

 

Have you seen Cotto vs Judah?? Cotto was clearly rocked in the 1st, 2nd, and 7th rounds.

 

Neither as the fight would result in a NC.

 

he was for surely buzzed I wouldnt call it rocked, that would be the corley fight, ***** street would be with Torres, one thing is for sure though, Cotto has more holes in his game than Tony, he doesnt keep his elbows in he is open for the uppercut and the over hand right.
I dont think Cotto has the style to deal with someone like Margarito
