I imagine Khan has a decent diet as he doesn't bloat up between fights like Brook.

It depends who the boxer is....

I common fallacy is that modern fighters all eat high quality high protein. low carb diet's.

The fact something is there does not mean that all apply it.

If you're Andy Ruiz then you're stuffing your fat pie hole with twinkies and donuts.

Of course a good diet is important. Like with anything if you put crap in you will only get crap out.

It's not just physical function it's required to keep the brain at it's sharpest considering the importance of the mental aspect of the sport.

    Depends who you are.

    Cheeseburgers, Ruiz and Miller.
    Humble pie, Joshua.
Bag of IV and bigmac, Floyd.
Mexican beef with side order of PEDs, Canelo.
Pint of Guinness and Charlie, Fury

They tend to live off the land as part of their camps, so you're talking about foods such as grey squirrel, pigeon, chestnuts, berries and perhaps a bit of roadkill they might pick up during their road runs.

You can tell Khan is naturally "small" by how thin his arms and wrists are. The brachialis muscles are very thin and overall he lacks thickness.

In comparison, Kell Brook is naturally the bigger guy and walks around 20lbs heavier too.

That's why it was always pathetic the way he used to beg for a Khan payday knowing he's be facing a naturally smaller opponent when in reality he should have moved up to 154lbs years ago.
