Then you're openly acknowledging you have zero comprehension of this sport. Even Bud Crawford and Floyd Mayweather praised Usyk. You sound a know nothing casual which I know you're not, so maybe it's just the bitter hater coming out. Knock it off... you're better than that.

I am just calling it like I see it. I always have. Didn't you read were I said the man was an excellent fighter. He just ain't had nobody to truly test his character. That's a fact. Now I like Bud and Floyd but I been in boxing years longer than both of them and their opinions are just that, their opinions. I happened to have one to and that's it.

Well put on some ****ing glasses.:deal:

And research the Cruiserweight division a little more. Because you do seem to be a huge casual in that regard.

He went through a killer division. The cruisers were the most stacked division in boxing when he became undisputed. He beat great fighters on the way and took theirs 0's. Just because people have a bad opinion historically on the cruisers doesnt mean there are bad.

Usyk beat on the way glowacki (prime legitimate world champion, prime unbeaten breidis (clearly and absolute killer at cruiser) and prime and unbeaten gassiev (also an certified killer at cruiser). All these guys became legitimate titleholders after beating legitimate champions (glowacki ended hucks record reign, breidis beat still a prime huck and went on to win the ali trophy after that, gassiev beat lebedev, diablo and dorticos).

When i write this, i am still quite shocked what usyk really did. We are talking about the goat run at cruiser!!! And all in the hometown of his opponent.

Then he goes to heavy and beats joshua in England with corrupt refs and judges!
If he goes on and beats fury, then there is no need for discussion that we are talking about the greatest fighter since ali.

Show me an other fighter who did something comparable in the last 50 years. There is no one!!!

And gtfo with canelo. He lost to fmj and twice to ggg. He is the biggest cherry picker on earth

By a country mile, he unified in a stacked cruiser division, comes over to heavyweight and beats AJ in the most decisive way. He deserves all the adoration he gets

Usyk's a model pro with a genuine and very decent character. He's got balls made of titanium and the size of Wilders mouth, plus he's willing to swing them anywhere on this mortal coil.

Plus there's 'no skeletons' in his closet....

    Agree mate.

I think most normal people can recognise that quality and appreciate it.

It doesn't mean I don't admire someones skills if I don't like them.

I just find it difficult to root for an arse hole but maybe that's just me.

Usyk is a great boxer and a decent dude I cannot see a valid reason to dislike him if you're a fan of the sport.

My thoughts to mate regarding actual boxing ability. If we were only interested in the fighters we really like then you could probably count them on two hands, if that even

Usyk fits the bill perfectly as a top notch fighter and decent all round bloke. He's the full Monty

I think he along with Joyce are probably my current favourite heavyweights with no obviously flawed or negative personal character.

If Usyk beats AJ again and Fury then he's the GOAT heavyweight.

Wins against any other top-10s are a bonus; Wallin, Parker, Hrgovic and any other fringe/future contenders, Wilder would also be a feather in his cap but I dont see the fight happening realistically.

If I was Usyk, in the unlikely event I beat Fury, Id retire on the spot, but he doesnt come across that way, I think he'll fight as long as he feels he can.
