Conlan looked poor Vs Baluta but in his last outing Vs Doheny looked the goods again, possibly the best he's looked. Never been able to take to him as a person but he has something there for sure....not sure if it's worthy of the Conlan Revolution hype train, hoping Wood will be the guy to derail him as he deserves a big win or two.

He’s not impressed me at all since turning pro but you’d have to favour Conlan here. Fantastic win for Wood against Xu (or was it?) and winning the “world title” but when you’re losing to Jazza it shows the limitations that are there.

I'm not so sure he's stronger at the weight than Wood... I did think Wood has looked very impressive in his last two fights and the link-up with Davison.

Conlan made Super-Bantam in April this year... which to me says he can't be a "huge" Feather if he's doing that if you see where I'm coming from ?

Good point. He won that belt at SBW earlier this year.

Stronger at the weight, what are you on about? He’s better at 122 and still very average there.

Conlan is still growing naturally as a result of training as a professional. He won't have to put too much effort into reducing. That, in my view, gives him an advantage.
Guess we'll find out on the night.

Interesting, however I feel this is a very winnable fight for Wood. As you say, let’s see.

He lost to Dickens before teaming up with Davidson and to be fair Dickens gave Kid Galahad two decent fights.

He's improved since then, he'll have form, confidence and a home crowd behind him for this one.

Wood for me. Looks to have come on lately too and is big for the weight.

Its a great match up. Wood has improved, his power may be the difference here.

As much as I want Wood to win, I don't want Davison to get all the credit for it. Wood was a good fighter before Ben.

Unfortunately Conlan should win this on points.
