Great match-up. Having a hard time picturing this one in my head but would love to see it. I do think Morales at 126 would be too much of an irresistible force for Gomez.
I think the number one problem Morales is going to face is the movement of Gomez who in his prime had great lateral movement. I think Gomez would walk Morales into power punches and stop him late as we all know Erik had the heart of a lion.
