    I will start.

    Like many boxers, Kid Gavilan lost much of the money he earned fighting, but under slightly different circumstances. After retiring, he returned to Cuba where Castro´s government began to give him trouble. His farm was supposedly confiscated and he moved stateside where he lived the rest of his life as a fairly broke, ordinary citizen in the Miami area amonst other Cuban expats. Mike Tyson paid the remaining 5,000$ needed to give him a head stone. Thanks Mike.

    According to Manny Steward and backed by himself, in the early 80's a young Olympian in Whitaker outboxed Hector Camacho back in Hector's prime. According to Steward, Whitaker was even jet-lagged prior to the sparring match, and he beat Camacho at his own gym to the point that Camacho had to start using dirty tactics before the match was called off.

    Though I'm sure most have heard that.
