The type of reflexes that if you were to show in a movie, people would call it unrealistic.

Was watching some Roy Jr. highlights last night and there’s some KO or knockdown punches he throws on fast twitch that are launched what seems almost simultaneous to a slight movement of his opponent — like starting a punch and he’s throwing the counter so it lands before the initial punch is halfway there.

Frank Tate barely moves a muscle to drop his right hand a couple of inches to create an opening and Roy launches a jump-in left hook to time it absolutely perfectly. It’s like he’s seeing a second or two into the future.

Roy Jones Jr is the obvious answer. Floyd Mayweather Jr showed some pretty ridiculous reflexes too throughout his career

RJJ. At his peak, it was like he could read an opponent's mind and could start a counter at the same time they started their punch. Absolutely unreal.

RJJ for me too. To bad he didn't retire after the first Tarver fight. He would have been a top ten P4P fighter of all-time

RJJ. An amazing fast twitch, reflex fighter (with good fundamentals hidden in there).

Pep, Floyd, and an underated mention Famechon ( guy had innate defensive reflexes).
