Oh yes Pinklon Thomas might have one of the best chins ever, believe Tyson was the only guy to get him down and that was with 15 punches in a row. Hey and give to to him Thomas got up before a 15 count at least lol
Tyson would probably stop him, although it's not a given. You can't stay in front of Tyson all fight long with such a questionable defense. Maybe he'd decide to lose the fight by decision like he did against Lewis though.
usually the greater fighter wins and Mike had better combinations than Tua and faster hands. It would be such an exciting fight, and Tua was bigger in a way.. I pick Mike by 3 round knockout because keeping Tua around and moving forward could be disastrous for Mike.
I don't agree with those saying this will be a war. I see it going more like Tyson vs Bonecrusher where Mike takes a wide, boring decision. Tua was very tough but this is a mismatch in skill
Tua was saved a few times in the late rounds by the one thing he was good at - left hooks. And this was against opponents that don't make it into the 5th against even a post prison Mike Tyson. Tua had a cement chin but became unglued against Lennox Lewis and light hitting Chris Byrd. Tua didn't like being hit to the body and that's his achilles heel. Tyson had a brutal body attack at his best. This is a mismatch but a tough mismatch. Tyson by late KO between rounds 6-10.
Ibeabuchi was a novice and hadn't fought anyone until Tua, and Tua was having difficulty with the like of Oleg Maskaev and David Izon before third times a harm Ibeabuchi. Was that prime Tua? Probably. But insert Tyson instead of Ibeabuchi and Tua loses even worse, far worse.
Tyson by UD or possibly late round stoppage Prime Tyson has a speed advantage as well as a defensive advantage ... I don't see Tua mounting much of an offensive attack against Tyson who is more busy
