Bad fight for Whitaker. And he couldn't be at his prime at 155. But it would be way more competitive than Norris - Taylor

P4p Whitaker was a better fighter than Norris, but I don’t think he fairs well at 154.

I'll go with the consensus here. Though Norris is overrated in my opinion ( Not his physicality, physically he was gifted) it would be a heck of a reach for Whitaker to beat him at Jr.Middle.
Though career wise Norris isn't in the same stratosphere as Whitaker was.
By the time Whitaker was fighting at welterweight, he clearly had slipped. He wasn't close to the fighter that embarrassed so many good- great fighters at lightweight.

Pea had issues with Vazquez at 154. Norris' speed and boxing ability, combined with the fact he wouldn't have to worry about Pernell's pop, would make for some real problems.

I don't see Whitaker pulling this off. There were ways to beat Norris, but those options aren't open to Whitaker with his lack of power and reduced output above 135 or 140. Also would be a rare case in which he wasn't the quicker man.

Pea might have the nous and elusiveness to go the full 12 but I don't see him winning many rounds.

I think this is a bridge too far for Pea.
Think It would be Terry's speed that causes a problem for Pea.
I could see Pea getting stopped here.
