    @7:47

    He had 69 KOs (to put that in perspective, George Foreman had 68 KOs) and Galento was the amateur middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight champion in New Jersey.

    Galento was one of the best at that time.
    He was rated #1 and that's not too far off. He was on a good run.

    It is hard for me to imagine Galento was ever a middleweight.

    Unless he was 12 at the time.

    And they say Galento is a bum because he visually looks terrible. LOL sometimes idiots can be dumber than you thought.

    Galento was kind of a loudmouth, not a great fighter, but he could punch. I guess when you lose a fight and you're on national TV talking about it, I guess to retain a certain amount of self-respect, I wouldn't expect him to say anything different. Anyone who gets up in that ring has to have a certain amount of ego regardless of whether they are a great fighter or not.

    So how high would you rate him? Like along with Tua and Ibeabuchi?

    Surely not on the same plane as the universally recognized, uncrowned #2 and #3 greatest heavyweights of all time.
