Fight going foward, crowding Mike Tyson. Anyone who had analyzed Tyson's fights where he went the distance not looking spectacular would figure out Tyson did'nt thrown many punches when he was crowded, Tyson just is'nt a great infighter unless his opponent is up that close but not throwing punches. Holyfield had this figured out and was able to implement his game plan to near perfection. Good fight for 5 rounds, but then Holyfield just takes over after knocking Tyson down in the 6th.
Tyson just totally disassociates himself with the fight - a bit bizarro really. Even in short clips Holyfield really did soak up some bombs with really not much reaction. His greatest night for mine.
First knockdown was bogus, but Holyfield won the fight no question. Mike couldn’t hurt him, and Holyfield was more active and accurate. Bizarre interview.
