How would steroid-clean Evander Holyfield do against today's top heavyweights?

Considering all of the top heavyweights today are on steroids not too well I presume.

 

I’m not sure, Holyfield wasn’t a big cruiser and his power wouldn’t carry that well without extra help

 

Fury - Lose

Usyk - Lose

Joshua - Close fight, still think Joshua just edges it

Wilder - Win

Whyte - Win

Parker - Win

Ortiz - Win

Ruiz - Win

Joyce - Lose

Hunter - Win.

He would do just fine in my opinion

 

But with today's top heavyweights being steroid-clean too? or just normal?

 

So everyone else can juice as they have for decades but Holyfield is the only clean one? Can we tie his left hand behind his back too?

 

I don't know. Was there ever a clean Holyfield?

 

I would pick Holy to beat Fury , Joshua , Wilder , Whyte , Parker , Ortiz , Hunter

Lose to Usyk, Joyce, Ruiz, Sanchez

Dont know about Yoka, Hrgovic

 

The world is never going to have a frame of reference, because we can't go back and watch his career clean.

My guess is that he would not do very well--that's why he needed the HGH.

There is a lot I admire about the guy in terms of his skills and heart, but he used extreme PEDs to alter his body from what it was. NO getting around that.

 

How would anyone know when he was indisputably clean.

 

Juiced up or not, he ran through a heap of good fighters. He was a tough, tough dude.

 

Yeah, I wouldn't assume he was clean just cause he was smaller. But most of the top guys are roided up anyway.

 

We don't know what a steroid clean Holyfield looks like

 

I wasn't casting aspersions on his toughness or resume. Those two points are beyond contestation.
