    injuries happen when you fight once a year....it's even worse when you fight every two years like Gary Russell Jr.

    "staying in the gym" don't cut it. You aren't training and sparring like you are for a fight camp. The conditioning isn't the same, the hardening of the body isn't the same.

    hopefully it serves an example to younger fighters coming up.
