This contributed heavily towards boxing being banned in Sweden.

This is referee Ramon Berumen refereeing Juan Ramirez against Toluco Lopez. Lopez was a drunk by this stage of the game and not training and the audience showed their displeasure by tossing in seat cushions. Berumen actually has them box on amidst the obstacle course on the canvas. Now if he looks a bit familiar, its because he was the ref in the first fight between Jose Napoles and Armando Muniz and was the main culprit in stealing the fight for Napoles. A point that clearly shows that he was not only corrupt, but incompetent as well.

Tony Weeks giving Ward free reign to beat up Kovalev's nuts was terrible refereeing.

I'm not so much of an expert as to say what the worst judge's decision is, but here's one of the bad ones.

According to the information I have, Orlando Solido gave 49 low blows (four per round). And I counted a lot of low blows. If it is not for disqualification, then it is for at least one penalty point (which might decide that the fight is draw). There is no way Orlando Solido
will be warned at all because of the low blows.
Here is another bad referring where slip is characterized as a knockdown:
