    Your sparring is very impressive champ, I will turn 63 on Feb 4th, you are in very good shape at 64.

    Looking good Tim, but you know what they say , you're 54 if you're 64 today. In you case maybe 44 lol.
    While I haven't sparred in years, I still impress much younger Deputies (Sheriff's) when they see me hit the bag during our training sessions. I'm 58.
