    Sadly this is the story of much of Mchunu's career.

    I still like the guy but he showed he is not a champion by taking the last round off.

    Close fight. I am ok with a draw or a 7-5 either way but 8 rounds to 4 is just not possible.

    I asked for slightly more output from Mchunu but it would have made no difference if he even won the 12th as that last judge had it wide for Makabu. BS.

    If these judges weren't corrupt, Mchunu had every right to take the last round off. He clearly beat Makabu today and should have been given the decision.

    How you gonna fight a Don King world champion on a Don King card and be so economical with your punch output? I had him winning but he could've won that with ease if he just let his hands go. He was landing all the quality work whenever he did let them go. He kept jabbing to the gut and leaping in and then doing nothing when he got there allowing Makabu to outwork him. He won the fight but he allowed them to rob him by being so economical with his shots.
