    If GOAT means the best boxer in the history of forever, then Pacquiao is not that guy. However, if the GOAT is the guy who accomplished the most then there is a strong case to be made that Manny eats tin cans.

    I feel the delusional fascination with Pacquiao probably turns more people away from him rather than your intended purpose of wanting more fans to rate him highly.

    Actually, he's the rare boxing guy that is actually a fan of the sport and rarely speaks with an agenda or bias. I'm not even a particular fan of his.

    Bernstein has sadly devolved into a corporate shill and it shows on his commentating. Mares also called Pac the GOAT, but he's a terrible commentator.

    Showtime only has Brian Custer left for any credibility.
