Tough fight to call this. They will both bring it and if Jnr suddenly thinks he's RJJ he probably get stopped. I actually think fighting fire with fire might be his best bet. Smith was able to grind Williams down and that's what Eubank might have to do here. He's had a bit of a stop start career Eubank and his biggest wins are against fighters well past their best.
Williams regrouped well from the Smith defeats and gave Boo Boo plenty to think about but the Smith defeats made many question if he can handle the pressure that a big fight night brings.
Against Mark Heffron way back when Williams used movement really well to throw Mark off and land his punches. I would imagine it's hard to do against Eubank who can be a bit wild and unconventional but if Williams gets into that kind of group that could be interesting. I use that example because I thought (Williams was brilliant that night and probably 2nd favorite)

Neither fighter has shown they have moved on from beating up domestic level and weakish international opposition to true world class opponents.

Leaning towards Eubank in great fight probably a points win

    Eubank points

He has a better engine than Williams and will out work him. I don’t see either man taking a backward step and it being a war of attrition, and a classic fight.

Both have a good set of whiskers on them and neither has one punch knockout power, so I think it will go to the cards.

Exactly the way I see it, also think it is worth a throwaway fiver on a draw.

I’ll be disappointed in Eubank if he doesn’t stop a game but very limited Williams. Williams always comes up short when it matters and having seen their last face off he looked nervous, he knows he’s up against it.

    Jnr tko.
Williams is good but doesn't handle pressure professionally.

Eubank has to turn it into a war. If he tries to box like he has in his last two fights then Williams will pick him apart. A war is 50/50 between these two in my opinion. But the Eubank we’ve seen recently has just been doing a poor Roy Jones impression.

I think Eubank wins through mentally being the much stronger of the two. Willians has the skills to beat Eubank, stylewide is actually a nightmare for him. But in the biggest fights of his career Williams has been mentally weak, and I think Eubank breaks him down late and stops him. If somehow Williams has mentally got stronger he will win, but I doubt he has.

Eubank on cuts (though could well be cut himself but by a head or elbow)

totally agree. neither one is really world class.......but both are good fighters. i also just watched williams vs heffron........and he really boxed brilliant that night. nothing crazy, just good solid fundamentals. if he can repeat that performance, then i think he wins on points.
