    Well, I think his accountant was the one who screwed him there. But surely there could have been some special treatment given, all things considered.

    Would it really have been that difficult to pass through a congress a bill bestowing on him some special honor that includes a one time payment that would take care of his tax bill, and come with a pension or something? How about treating legitimate heroes like, you know, heroes?

    Sigh.

    Not a win, but Mickey Walkers draw against Jack Sharkey, is a unique accomplishment.

    Would have been interesting to be fly on the wall where true nazis were watching. Their aryan champ goes out there and gets his ass handed to him by a black man. I picture the exact opposite of the scenes that must have gone on in bars in the US.

    I’ll take the Foreman win as well. I’m not sure that feat will ever be replicated (someone losing the belt then winning it back twenty years later). Someone older may win it one day w steroids and all but never that scenario
