Good point, I spaced on the guy who bear Holmes!
Although I like most reate prime Ali better, Tyson was an ATG & peak when they fought.

Better or not, Tyson would always do a number on 60s Ali.

Honestly it does not matter both were big guys who muscled every punch if all things were equal as a BIG 100lber I'd be able to show them some stuff both were very very flawed like dude lol have you seen Mikey jab? lol all arms and shoulders from drivin iron and Ali had nooooo defence fish in the barrel too bad he was a giant and I am a normal sized guy otherwise lol lol lol

You are not a normal sized guy according to your posts. Please stop acting like you are an amazing boxer that can school any ATG fighter just to satisfy your Napoleon Complex.

Prime Holmes would beat even prime Ali. I think only prime Lewis, prime Vitali and prime Fury could beat prime Holmes.

I'm trying to put Ali's career in periods. Novice 60-62 pre prime 63 -65, prime 65-67, post prime 70-74, nearly washed 75-77, washed >78. The banishment cost him three years of his prime. I don't think he ever retires undefeated because like Rocky Mariano who became a true friend of Ali told his wife Belinda at the time he'll never voluntarily walk away from boxing because he had the "bug".

None of us should be sure about this, but I am pretty confident that the consensus opinion-& someone wrote here recently that a guy who worked closely with Tyson agreed-is correct. That Ali would do a number n Tyson.
Including '70's Ali on '90's Tyson.

Ali's speed & ability to absorb punishment & greater work rate & greater endurance down the stretch should carry him through the threat of Tyson's significant power advantage.
The psychological factor would be large too. Most everyone cites this.
Unless Tyson gets him out of there early, Tyson is going to be frustrated & drowned late.
And even when very declined + sick with Parkinson's & up to December 1981, nobody ever was able to finish Ali.

You likely were banned for trolling.
But in case you believe anything you said, here is some basic boxing info.
Ali & Tyson were among the best HWs ever.
Ali had an unconventional style that worked for him, if you really see "no defense" including his elusiveness & speed in his first career-& if you cannot see Tyson had a great jab, landing it on much taller & longer men...

You should be really humble & ask to learn from others here.
You may be really young-& all about ego, especially given your need to put them down & wholly unlikely belief you could be a great HW boxer if only you were bigger.

Please change & grow & earn some respect here.

Good system, but Ali was great enough in Manilla that 1975 should still be considered post prime-even though yes he declined from Zaire.
But very few could have one what he did against that Frazier. No HW had ever landed-or absorbed in victory-more punshes. In killing heat.
Those who could would likely be massive with a big punch.

Excuse me I did not mean to say what my words indicated. Of course Ali was gone by then.
I meant that Ali was better than anyone Holmes faced, & just meant to mention Holmes' Ali was when they fought.
