No, just not convinced from what I've seen of Fury on his return that he is anywhere near the level he was Chisora 2 - Wlad. If I am wrong and he beats Whyte, fair enough I'll hold my hands and I'll admit I called it wrong ( it wouldn't be for first time). 8 just don't think Fury does beat Whyte based on the low quality of opposition he has struggled with on his return.
I just don't believe beating 4 guys ranked outside the the top 40 and the most limited fighter in the top 10 with weakest resume in the space of 7 years makes you the number 1 fighter in the divison (as portrayed by many). If Fury beats Whyte, then he would deserved to be in the top 3 but not untill he earns it.
I've also got a bad feeling about Gassiev. He seemed happy just to be in the same building as Usyk and not hungry for much more. I can see him losing once at HW for some money and calling it a day.
I know it's down to personal opinion, but on which planet is Wilder seen as an elite fighter ? I have respect for anyone that chooses to get into a boxing ring, Wilder proved he has a big heart last time out, an elite fighter he definitely is not. In my opinion.
I agree but nothing sad about it especially as he was a little bit overrated hence his nickname “Lil G”.
