I will probably be in the minority. But I am taking Froch by close but clear decision. Froch has a considerable size advantage (about 3 inches in height, and 5 in reach), basically Froch is a big SMW & GGG is a small middleweight. GGG would struggle to close the distance against the stingy jab of Froch, and would at the same time also have to respect Carl's power. GGG while being a superb offensive fighter, doesn't have the speed or inside capabilities to consistently exploit Froch's defensive weaknesses. Also Froch will not gas and will be able to withstand the occasional big hit from GGG.
