Performance of the night for me

Improving every fight. Punching harder, looking stronger. Coldwell is doing a brill job with him so far. Hes ready to be stepped up. Big future

Ridiculous matchmaking really needs to stop. The fight showed us nothing. He can walk towards someone with 0 threat or intent to punch and throw fast combinations..... that's all we learned

He is only 21 and its his 7th fight why be so judgmental, let him take his time and learn the game

I think he looks the business personally. Not every performance is going to look a million bucks. He should consider another trainer though

Hes no Gill. He was the best in the world at his weight in the amateurs. Serious talent.

My problem is the matchmaking doesn't tell us anything about him at all. Match these boys with British lads, that have a bit of ambition, boxing in front of people they will know etc.

I'm not saying put them in with killers but "the best amateur in the world at his weight" should be able to mix with most British pros who are working full-time jobs alongside boxing, from the get to

He fought Zahid Hussain who was 16-1 I think and stopped him.

I’d like to see him against Ramez Mahmood next on the Leeds card, he gave Chris Bourke a good fight who is now fighting Marc Leach.

So wasn't it his previous trainer that did the "brill job"?

He must have done too. Just pointing out Coldwell seems to be adapting him well to the pros so far.

Warm weather training at Coldwell's gym will come in handy though.

Hopey Price will fight Connor Coghill (14-0) in a final eliminator for the British Featherweight Title, held by Nathaniel Collins who will be defending against Raza Hamza on July 29. Hopefully this takes place before the end of the year.

Good fight that, both southpaws and I think Coghill is the more fledged FW out of the two although I've seen coghill have mediocre performances Hopey always performs well imo.
Hopey Price pts Win for me but coghill will pick up rds and could potentially turn Price over if he comes in on top form.
