Right. And then Benny Hinn performed a miracle and healed Holyfield of that steroid abuse. Quit lying to yourself. Moorer smacked Holyfield around in the heart of his prime. Even with a hole in that heart. LMAO.
Yeah, but did you see Moorer's gut in that rematch? Never mind, we're talking reality. Yeah their rematch was an underrated brawl. Moorer had some moments though.
I'm just pointing out why Holyfield had health issues. And I don't think he was in such a bad shape for the fight, otherwise he wouldn't have been given the ok to fight.
Right after Holyfield's best performance. Regaining the titles against Bowe. Then Moorer beat him after that, in Holyfield's prime when steroids weren't enough. Michael Moorer - first ever southpaw heavyweight champion of the world...after embarrassing Evan Fields.
Exactly. How'd he pass a wellness test if he was on his deathbed and almost died in the ring like Apollo Creed? Were his steroids from the Soviet Union and were they named Drago because Holyfield was Russian towards defeat!!
Holyfield is on the juice even today. If more people had seen Moorer as a LHW then more questions about his physique would be asked. Ignore him, just a seething Tyson fan. HGH abuse would have made his heart murmur worse.
One thing remarkable about Moorer is how thin his resume is. Holyfield appears to be the only top 10 heavyweight he beat his entire career. Without that one win Moorer's resume likely doesn't justify a top 100 ranking, maybe not even top 150. The rest of his resume are journeymen/gatekeeper types like Botha.
A fragile overachiever at heavyweight...with an abysmal ring IQ...not even having the common sense that Tommy Morrison had when fighting their common foe, George Foreman.
Not only that, but also : all the good names you find in his resume were coming off a couple of losses or bad nights shortly before they fought Foreman had just lost to Morrison old Bonecrusher had just lost to old Page Holyfield had just had those hard nights against Bowe Schultz had just lost to Botha Tua had lost to Byrd and Lewis in the last 2 years Alex Stewart got KO'ed by Tyson in one the year before Leslie Stewart had lost 2 of his last 3 fights Such a scavenger
