Lews-Bowe has been covered many times. Consensus seem to be bad advice by Bowe's team, leading to him literally throwing his belt in the trash rather than fight Lewis. Tyson-Bowe would not have ended well for Tyson. The first real high-quality big man he faced.. well, go re-watch his fight with Lewis. No idea why it didn't happen. It should have. The failure of Bowe to fight Lewis and Tyson is a big stain on his legacy.
Lewis ducked him? I think I've seen it's the exact opposite. If I were Lewis, I'd have signed it, then sent huge daily orders of pizza/wings/random fried foods over to Bowe's camp as sabotage. I'm pretty sure it isn't against the rules to buy lunch for your opponent.
