I hope this is Taylor’s last fight at the weight

When this fight initially got announced I had no doubt in my mind at all that Taylor was going to dominate him. I’m still very confident Taylor gets the victory now but there’s a few things making me think Catterall might cause him a few problems. The weight cut and crowd being the main two. I hope the knee is completely recovered.

 

Part of what makes boxing great mate. Always a few circumstances. I’m getting Lopez v Kambosos feels on this one.

That said I can’t wait to head up to Glasgow tomorrow. Taking the missus to her first ever fight after about 2 years of her asking.

 

And if I'm right, Jack has a great chin.

Not a good sign for Taylor that he’s arguing with people about this and letting the comments get to him. Looks worse today - eyes much further sunk back into his head.

What's bizarre here is not long ago there was talk about being able to go DOWN to 135 to fight Lopez!

Crazy talk. But think it's obvious that he will be moving up after this - regardless, although I think he will have too much for Catterall - although Catterall hasn't really shown what his ceiling is yet - but of course he hasn't been in with anyone even close to Taylor's level yet eitehr.

Which makes it interesting

 

Any issues for Taylor in this is if he just try's to walk through catterall and gets caught with a bomb he doesn't see.taylor's strength and varied inside work alone will be too much to handle for jack.

 

Catterall being overlooked massively. He might not have the artillery but the consensus is Taylor will walk through him. Don’t understand this personally because Taylor hasn’t blown out anyone really, even from British level. Taylor is excellent but he has shown weaknesses and is easy to hit. Cat is at least Euro level, maybe higher. Will be a competitive fight imo

 

so some people think Catterall is gonna pull off a Kambosos - Lopez type upset.

I meant more the Lopez was overlooking him and tight at the weight, Kambosos was extremely confident etc. Still think Taylor will win.
