Dean Calzaghe had better not turn up for the press conference because Fury will go balls deep on him for pretending to be Whyte’s brother. If Fury turns up with love handles and with heavy legs then Whyte has a punchers chance. But he is the overwhelming favourite and I expect him to stop Whyte mid to late rounds. Whyte will be motivated because if he gets destroyed then that PPV loot off rematch against AJ may never happen.
Dean **** his knickers when he upset Shane that time. He'll be as good as gold in the build up, and know his place. It will sell out, I won't be bothering with tickets, stadium fights are horrendous, especially now they go hand in hand with the cocaine crew. Whytes not looked good since, erm, maybe the Parker fight ? I honestly can't think of a moment when I thought he was anything other than a Chisora.
The fact that Fury is on a decline and less mobile makes this fight interesting. Not that interesting, but more mouth watering than a prime Fury pot shotting and embarrassing plodding Whyte. If Fury retains the Kronk Style it’s an enjoyable brawl before Whyte is slept for a third time by an uppercut.
I’ve said this (about Fury). His footwork has totally gone. People make out he changed his style for the entertainment of his fans but it’s because he and people around him know he can’t do what he used to be able to do. Bloody hell I sound like Mitch.
