He pays Ben Davison to spout buzzwords and a few stock phrases so that he sounds like he knows what he's talking about. Championship mentality in the camp!
He also said something ridiculous about putting himself through tough circuit training so he knows what his fighters are going through in a tough fight which Moore quite rightly took umbrage with.
Jamie's a very overlooked coach. He knows his stuff and was unlucky not to be a world champion. He's forgotten more about Boxing than Ben will ever know.
