I agree everything favors Fury,,,,,,but. Exchange the names Whyte with Buster Douglas, and Fury with Mike Tyson and your post is still spot on and yet Buster did win. If Whyte has a chance it will be because Fury gives him one and as other's have said Fury did look awful against Wilder, a point which I agree with ,so it's a possibility however remote.
Whyte is just not that damn good. Lets be honest with ourselves. Its the heavyweight division where anything can happen, but Fury being the better skilled undefeated lineal champion of the world, its not hard to see why Whyte is being looked at as a big underdog with hardly a chance in hell to win this one. Imo Fury will make this one look quite easy.
I keep asking the same question and the responses are interesting. Name Fury's top 5 opponents. If you look at that list you will see that Fury has not fought good competition and he is ripe for an upset. I think all the partying, drinking, drugs and laziness catches up with him in the Whyte fight plus Whyte will come in hungrier than ever. Yes, Fury beat Wilder a couple of time but Wilder himself was overrated and he beat no one of note. Also, how many other top contenders has Fury beaten? Exactly, none. So to think that he will just come in and smash Whyte is not logical captain
Having power does nothing for you against Fury Whyte has the worst footspeed of anyone Fury has faced He has one of the worst gas tanks He is a basic boxer He is not very fast Fury whoops him Also Fury will get up for Whyte and enjoy kicking his butt, Fury might put on a devastating performance.
If I totally wrote Whyte off I would place a large bet on Fury to win at 1/6 but if they fought 7 times, would Fury likely win all 7? You can never totally write off an experienced big lump with one punch power who comes to win, especially when the huge favourite is mentally erratic. Also, consider the potential effects of cuts, injuries, illnesses, sparring concussions, TD's, DQ's and so on.
Am I say Whyte will win? I am not Am I saying he can win? I am Am I saying there's a good chance he could win? I am not But there is always a chance And I think that chance increases against Kronk Fury but likewise so does the chance of Whyte getting taken out himself against Kronk Fury, especially in the first half of the fight FTR, I got Fury by stoppage
So you think Whyte hits harder than Wilder? People are not underestimating Whyte, it's just real boxing fans know he is dog ****. Whyte is a basic plodder that went life and death with a shot to pieces Chisora twice and had to get on the juice to beat small guy in Rivas. Then he got iced by a pensioner layed flat out on his back stiff as a board, only to drag a covid riddled Sasha back into the ring for a rematch. Anyone with a brain knows this is a tune up for Fury before Usyk and Whyte poses very little if any at all danger to a motivated in shape Fury. The only chance Whyte has is if Fury sits on his sofa for the whole camp and doesn't take it seriously. I predict a brutal beatdown over 8-9 rounds with Whyte coming out the ring from a recovery position looking like Sloth from The Goonies.
