Caterall hugged Taylor all night long. He didn't deserve the win .

This is verifiable nonsense. Catterall had three (maybe four) instances during the fight where he caught Taylor with good, clean combinations. Other than that, he offered very little offensively. Punches blocked, rolled etc. don't count as scoring punches.

Taylor controlled the pace of the fight and held the centre of the ring for practically the whole bout. Catterall is a slippery fighter and very good defensively but Taylor won that fight. To argue otherwise would be an insult to common knowledge.

    edit: typo

Obviously noone deserves to be personally attacked, but his post fight interviews were so delusional that it left a sore taste in people's mouth

Taylor took a massive beating, dude. Hope those cuts don't open up easily in future fights.

Actually, those were re-opened cuts from previous fights. The one under his eye looked ready to open before the bell rang for the first round on Saturday.

Taylor can't even offer him a title shot at 147. There will be nothing on the line apart from a win

Catteral will very likely never get the opportunity to fight for the Undisputed Crown ever again

Taylor was blocking punches with his face mate. Had no guard most this fight trying fancy rubbish he's 'learned' from Ben Davison. I like Taylor supported him in this fight but I scored it 116-109 in Catterall's favour.

You can't say Catterall only landed 'a few clean combos' and 'Taylor forced the pace of the fight' when Catterall threw significantly more punches than Taylor and there wasn't a single instance where Taylor landed clean combos.

I agreed with the point deductions against both men and I also felt Catterall was close to a second but Taylor just left it too late to get going lost the first 8 in my opinion.

he was unlucky not to get the decision against Taylor but I mean he'd literally done nothing to earn the shot in the 1st place.

Taylor had a poor night regardless of the decision. Couldn't make the adjustments needed against what was billed as a domestic level opponent

Refuse to believe anyone on here still saying Taylor was the rightful winner is simply trolling.

There’s no other reason for it.
