People are more interested in the events in Eastern Europe so therefore there will be more stories about it. You only have to see the millions of views videos on Tik tok or YouTube are getting to see that. There hasn’t really been anything else of any interest over the last few years to warrant replacing covid stories in the long term so why would they.
Whilst I agree with the overarching point of your post, I don't think Iraq is a good example of this. From day one it had vocal opposition against it. It had one of the biggest demonstrations in UK history against it in 2003. Even sections of the main stream media were against it. Speaking from my own experience, I rarely meet anyone who agreed with it. Most agree it was based on a lie, and think that Bush and Blair should be charged as war criminals. Obviously, things will be different in America, although anti-Iraq war sentiments did increase over time in the land of cheeseburgers and diabetes.
Any noise from Dillian yet? Is he going to stay silent for the whole build up for the biggest fight of his life? If so I really hope he comes in and knocks Fury out which I can’t see happening but otherwise there’s no way he’ll get the support he’s used to. Anyway I’ve heard from the grapevine that AJs team have reached out to 2 fighters for a potential fight for the end of May early June in Dubai, conjecture at this point, but it’s what I’ve heard.
Whytes Lawyer on talksport currently. Giving on the details of the shenanigans Warren has been pulling.
Do you know what he said? It would interesting to hear Whyte's side as we have only Hearn, Fury, Arum and Warren opinions on it so far.
Basically Frank not giving any detail on tickets, ring size drug testing. franks called in and gone mental live on air. Great radio. Dillian asked to buy some tickets not even comps. Frank gave them to fury and ticketmaster. So whyte decided to not participate in the promotion
I’d like to see this but the video has been turned private for some reason. It sounds like Warren proper lost it.
Just listened to it. Neither side wants to give an inch beyond what is in the contract and that is that, I think we knew that already. I do get the feeling that someone is going to get sued for non-payment after the fight.
I do worry about Frank's blood pressure sometimes. That lawyer sounds like Lionel Hutz level representation. What a clown.
Go get ‘em Frank. Wazza verbally slapped that clueless lawyer and so did Simon Jordan that was freakin’ awesome
