I did. But i was biased as ****. I rewatched the fight this week and it was a brilliant performance. And to be fair...i was never really high on Conlan. I thought he looked like **** in all of his fights recently.

I’m in exactly the same boat mate. Heart says Wood stoppage, head says Conlan avoids close engagement and wins a close SD which is wider in our eyes.

I agree he has been underwhelming and not adapted very well to the pro scene.

But I still think he will walk away with the win here, Leigh wood ain’t no killer he got a good win last fight out but I’ve also seen him look like absolute dried dog **** in a lot of other fights.

 

Well...Wood trains under Davision since the Mould fight and his last two fights under Davison were probably his two best performances in his entire career.
