So weird. I remeber watching Eddie acting up in these press conferences and thinking he's unconfident and going over the top to compensate. But That was so weird, like Eddie didn't even train at all, one arm Saturday night at Wetherspoon haymakers into pace

Thor could have easily stopped him if he had a bit more confidence to go for the kill.

I see Hall has already mentioned a rematch but I wonder if his ego will now allow him to accept that he should have learnt how box, got people around him who will tell him the truth and sparring partners who will actually beat him up. Instead of yes men kissing his arse and telling him how great he is as he fannies about with his terrible technique and 'style'.

 

Eddie is a bit of a polarising character, I was intrigued in the story between him and Thor but couldn’t figure out with what he was doing in the YouTube build up that was developing actual boxing technique. Thor on the other hand at least engaged in a proper boxing regime.I began to believe that he must be doing something off camera and was going to surprise us with a credible attempt but alas I was wrong! All I can say he was clearly mislead about what is required to box or he is delusional.

 

Thor seems a very polite lad, very well mannered giant, fairplay to him.

At the start of the round he stops because he got punched in the eye and it hurt

Then at around 2:06 he takes a straight right and asks Riley to stop hitting him too hard. "Tone the power done bud" He doesn't tone his own power down though of course and keep throwing those massive right at Riley, clearly trying to knock him out, not that Riley seems too bothered by them.

Eddie Hall clearly isn't the tough guy he presents himself as, it's all an act and deep down he's really just a bit of a p*ssy and a deluded bully. But he gets away with it because he could still beat up the vast majority of people just on his size and strength.

Hope Thor gave him a reality check and taught him a bit more humility, but I doubt it.

Clearly the torn bicep is an issue though as basically fights one armed even there…

Guy is everything he described Thor as though, if you google there is an article about him beating up Asians…awful human being…

 

Hall is a genuine asshat.

If you are a fan of Hall over the age of 14 then you got big problems.

 

So what happened in round 1? As if anyone believes they started filming in round 2 they are both professional youtubers with media teams.

 

Has millions of social media fanboys. A lot of them probably are around that age.
