If the fight is this year before Gallen gets too old then I favor Gallen. SBW will be blowing out of his ass after 4 rounds and he is not gonna hurt Gallen so easily as Gallen took bombs from Mark Hunt and Huni. I think Gallen would stop SBW after 6 rounds. You can't take much away from last night Hall had no punch resistance hadn't fought in almost 3 years and is 45 years old. I do think Hall underestimated how big and strong SBW is.

Can't stand Bridges I hope she gets whooped but I see Roman has no KO's is almost 40 and hasn't fought for a while. I am sure the Matchroom scorecards are already filled out for Ebanie.

Whats the debrief on last nights fight boyos?

I only caught the main event destruction. Which is hardly a surprise but I thought Barry might have been able to spoil his way for a few more rounds before succumbing.
Not much you can take from that but SBW looks in excellent shape as usual.

How did Mundine Jr look? Haven't seen any clips. Some in the media have painted him as a carbon copy of his dad but others have commented he didn't look anything special..no better or worse than you would expect from a debutant but nothing spectacular.

Fleming vs England sounded like the fight of the night. Showtime is good value and a character. Hard not to get behind him. Might be to late in the game for him to seriously challenge for a title though.

I honestly thought Akkaway was fighting at cruiser only because he would be a few kgs over the light heavy limit but he just squeezed in under 200.
Says he will get back down to 168 in time.

Why did Fleming take so long? Remember him making his debut signed to top rank extremely skilled & quick, his career just seemed to stall finally getting active now hope its not too late.
Was a great fight well done to both lads.

I didn't catch much of earlier fights, akkaway looked heavy, he needs to drop down to super middle again. On another note gkj has split from akkaway snr & moved to Ronnie Sinclair it seems, wander what happened.

I don't really know the full story maco.

I mean it really seemed like the world was his oyster. Impressed at the Olympics, was about 20 years old got signed to Top Rank and had Cameron Dunkin looking after his career.

I know he has been stalled by various injuries and I remember his son was very sick a while back and that saw him out of serious training for a while.

Just always seems as soon as he gets a bit of traction he goes off the radar for a little while and then comes back to rebuild but then you don't hear about him.

The main event was a joke as we have already established
Flemming England was a great fight well matched it was a war
Mundine Jnr looked like a very poor mans version of his Dad he did alright though considering he has had no amatuer fights. He tried very hard to mimic his old mans style with the left hand down and lead right hands with some feints, he has obviously done a decent amount of sparring over the years but real sloppy. I assume this was maybe a one off and he will go back to concentrating on footy.

SBW in his post fight interview took a jab at foxtel he did say he would like to fight Gallen but I am worried that Gallen might be contracted to fight on Fox sports through No Limit and SBW will use this as a reason to not fight him. Stan had this British guy as host who had no idea he was convinced that if SBW could handle Hall so easily that he would wipe the floor with Gallen.

That bloke (irish accent) was a complete joke, Green and the others on the panel must have been cringing.

Main event was obviously a mismatch, Hall at 45 had obviously deteriorated from the 42 year old who fought Gallen, and SBW has been devoting himself to boxing for a year plus.

Cracks me up though that if you read the comments from the great unwashed the most popular theory is always that it was ‘fixed’. I don’t get this fascination with fixed fights. SBW obliterated Hall because it was a mismatch not because he lost on purpose.

The Bilel Dib fight might generate at bit of heat Babs, after their post fight altercation.

But I think Liam Wilson would offer the best risk/reward.
