What if Tyson beat Douglas?

Lets say Tyson would have dropped Douglas earlier in the round, he got up, got dropped again and the fight is over.
This leads to two scenarios:

1) Tyson (and his camp) acknowledge that the Tyson-train was coming to an end, like visible in the fight. They turn it over and Tyson somehow comes back to his earlier form to meet Holyfield. Taking early Evanders way of fighting into account, Mike can win this.
If the fight goes the distance, the chance is very high the judges score to many rounds for the champion, like they did in Tokyo too.

2) The uncontrollable Tyson-train derails even further and the lack of team, discipline & long layoffs lead to Evander beating the champion.
In the case of 2) and Tyson somehow wins via robbery decision, and we take into account MT wouldn´t go to jail, I see either Bowe or Lewis scuttle the wrecked ship.
