I’m not sure what some of you guys are watching, I thought triple G lost two of the first three rounds but round four was a little bit of a turning point for him and then he really laid it on in rounds five and six. I got GGG winning four rounds to two and Murata is starting to wilt.

Looks like GGG in getting into his groove now and he boxed really nicely in that round. Maybe the accumulation of his power shots has taken a bit of a toll on Murata now.

I got the fight even so far. A great battle, but GGG looks old as hell.
I have said it many times before. Banks may made you look great physically and in great muscularity shape, but important attributes wise, footwork, conditioning, oh dear same story with Klitschko, just huge decline.

All very close. Golovkin still has the power and chin but has lost the accuracy, footwork and ring generalship that made him so elite.

Golovkin would do wonders if he learned even a little head movement, he's there to be hit but he's still extremely durable and resilient at his age, reminds me of 90's Foreman, big slow and there to be hit but you just can't knock him out and he can knock you out any time.

Murata is going to have a ****ed up right orbital bone if he can't stop these left hooks on the ropes

    Round 1 Golovkin 10-9
    Round 2 Golovkin 10-9
    Round 3 Murata 10-9
    Round 4 Golovkin 10-9
    Round 5 Golovkin 10-9
    Round 6 Golovkin 10-9
    Round 7 Golovkin 10-9

GGG footwork looking better, pulverizing him with the jab and one twos, especially the nasty left hook around the guard is taking a toll. GGG defending much better. Vicious uppercuts from GGG. Murata is wilting badly along the ropes. GGG pushing him back, ripping him with brutal hooks to the head. GGG pushing him back now. Huge left hooks raining down, Murata looking almost brain damaged, his mouth agape. Like his jaw might be broken.

Golovkin feitns a bit in the opening and the chances a jab, but he gets hit a hard right hand to the body when they tie up. Golovkin lands a good straight punch going away, Murada pushes him back to the ropes with his own right - Golovkin lands wide punches almost behind the head, giving Murata more to think about. He has put away his heavy artillery for sure, i'm satisfied of that now, he is looking to land and clean and that's all, it's good strategy, win the leather-exchange, conserve energy, continue to give his man plenty to think about, hurt him with the jab. Muarata looks bemused, but throws two very good one-twos and a right hand. But he is not approaching with enough energy. For all the fire, GGG runs things when the energy is neutral, when both are deployed, GGG will control the fight - Murata has to wrestle that away from him constantly and hasn't show the energy in the last two rounds.

Murata's fight is adrift and GGG is in control.
