If you're talking about Bowe, then you fail.

Lacy won but in 05 Lacy would've stopped this guy. Lacy clearly got ruined by Calzaghe. He's getting hurt by shots that would have never hurt him in the past and is gun shy.

Well I liked the fight. Ugly, but very enjoyable.

Anyway, I would have scored the fight a draw or maybe about a one point win in favor of Mendoza. I scored that 8th round 10 - 8 by the way. Only thing Lacy did that round was lift Mendoza off the canvas and then tackled him. While Mendoza rocked Lacy twice in that round.

And 97 - 93 really was a bull**** score. Mendoza was screwed out of a fair decision tonight.

Yeah, because Lacy was this bad before he ran into Calzaghe wasn't he?

You can not arbitrarily score a round 10-8 because you think the ref didn't score it right.. Thank GOD you guys aren't judges. If the ref didn't take a point, then it's not official.. you can't be ref AND judge.

How can you be a big enough fan of boxing to post on this site, and NOT know how to score a fight.

And you think Golota a complete obsolete shot fighter can win a heavyweight title. That is a waste of time see another champ fighting a shot an old Golota.

I'll be honest that as I watched the fight progressed, it looked more like a draw to me. I wasn't affected too much by the outcome but 97-93? What fight was that one judge watching?

I don't have too much problem with the decision. It was a very close fight that could've gone either way. To get all bent out of shape over the decision is ridiculous. Granted the 97-93 score card was off by a round.

While I enjoyed seeing a good scrap it looks like everyone has the book on Lacy with his lunging and total lack of defense. He isn't evolving at all. In fact he now looks worse.

All complaints aside about Lacy he's still entertaining as hell to watch but I worry about this kid taking so much punishment. He needs to fire his handlers and get a trainer to teach him some defensive skills or else he's going to end up seriously damaged.

Wow this makes Calzaghe look bad, 2 out of 3 of the best names on his resume are C+ fighters. LOL

Lacy is struggling with a guy that A+ class Dawson took out in 4.

I had it a draw myself, but did anyone else notice Lacy sounds a bit punchy now? I don't remember him slurring in interviews past and I am referring to both pre fight interview and post.

I had it a draw as well,as Lacy won the final round. Both guys were exhausted after 6 rounds.Poor showing by both fighters, but it made for a fun fight.
