He gets stopped by quite a few, his heavyweight resume isn't filled with top caliber big guys.

Frazier and Marciano are great picks. Constant bombs for 12 or 15. Arms, shoulders, hip, doesn't matter. He's getting turned into a heavy bag.

Toney as a HW was a stationary boxer who had good head movement. He’d give a majority of the ATG’s a hard time, but wouldn’t win the majority IMO.

Tyson Fury I believe could out footwork and late round TKO Toney.

Not bad mentions really. Peak Wlad's offense is pretty scary really as he has massive power in both hands and will be consistently looking to drop bombs at what would be a stationary target that would be ridiculously outsized in height and reach. He could well amp the pressure up as the fight goes on. Vitali as you say could well wear him down with volume. The constant pressure could well tire him at such a weight.

Marciano is getting stopped in this match-up. Don't bring a slingshot to a firefight.

Toney hit the deck against slow wiiiiddddeee swinging no skill cave man Sam Peters.....from a jab..........lol "iron" chin, yeah against ham and eggers at Heavy.

Could not put a dent in glass chinned one hit wonder Rahman.

Needed a corner stoppage against the ghost of Holyfield

Was too stupid to not get caught with PED's against Huggybear.

Toney plain old sucked at Heavy.

Toney was never very smart but he had some street sense of survival...............he knew if he ever stepped into the Ring against a Foreman/Tyson/Bowe/Liston caliber fighter who would walk right thru his pitty patty punches and putting the beating of a lifetime on him aka knocking him out cold, those four would bring the heat he has never seen and fighting in the pocket against those four is suicide.

Translation: Toney would never ever get into the Ring against Prime versions of those four, guaranteed.
