I will be at work anybody care to do a RBR when it starts? Neekz to win is 1.40 and to win on points 1.65. Good odds I reckon. Zerafa is 2.4.
I might put some updates in the RBR thread. I see the card starts at 5pm any idea what time the main event will be?
Zerafa points win $3.50 into Terzievski would have been a sweet little punt. But Gallen-Terievski markets not open yet from what I can see.
When will you learn prowls? Lol i hedged my bet by decision also at $3.50 plus $7.50 by tko. Now I’m cashed up for the weekend, hoo ya.
I thought the inactivity would hurt him but he was sharp and that left hook was beautiful. He is saying world title shot is next any idea who he is fighting?
Yeah, I got good coin at $7.50 for tko and hedged with $3.50 by decision. Cashed up to the eye balls For this weekend hoo yeah
No idea man, some Brazilian I think , I stopped following him since horn 2, too inactive. Hes got to get his ass moving, hes a good fighter.
Congrats to Michael Zerafa & Cherneka Johnson on their wins last night. That's another world championship to Australia (sorry Kiwis, she's ours) & another shot at one on the way. Will be good to see Michael Zerafa fight for a world Middleweight title against a bloke who made the Olympic final having previously missed out on a similar opportunity to do the same in Japan. To give him a realistic shot at winning, they will need to bring the fight out here for him. Zerafa remains undefeated in the state of Victoria & there's a big asterisk next to his only loss in this country. But for the whim of the referee on the night, that's another kayo victory. As for Sugar Neekz, how about a fight with Ebanie "Big Balloons" Bridges? That should have the punters salivating. Will reserve judgement on how it goes. Will need to study their form at the weigh-in first.
Fantastic win for Michael. The old Lion fends off the challenge from the young cub. He looked sharp and calm. Hardman paid dearly for his non existent defence and the curse of the Queensland Mandible Syndrome strikes again. Great call from our man from the Apple isle @sparta. He will be enjoying a few cartons of James Boags this weekend with his winnings.
Zerafa was impressive. I didn’t see that coming. Not early doors. Probably one of the worst cards I’ve seen in a while. The long intervals with dancing etc etc.
I picked Zerafa with some trepidation. Wouldn't have picked that result at all. Isaac is a natural fighter. Hopefully he learns you just can't walk through everyone and will come back. Michael found himself in a similar position many years ago. But continued on and has had a great career.
