Why was Fury so respectful to Whyte?

It's actually good to see. By the time, Fury and Wilder were on their third fight, I was sick of the crap around the build up.
Plus we had it to a degree with Fury v Wlad.
    It's tiresome.
Let's see the actual fighting where it should be, in the ring.
    I blame Ali.

I think Whyte is trying to do a Ruiz. Every time Fury tries to up the temperature Whyte has been calming it down by acting all matey.

All smiles until the bell rings.

He was but a fly on the ass of Fury. Complete domination.

It's like you don't get angry with a small kid or a mentally disabled person when they do stupid things. That's why Fury didn't get angry with Whyte

It was very smart. Fury stroked Whyte’s massive ego, rubbed his belly and completely pacified Whyte’s adrenaline and anger. Whyte walked out thinking he was respected by ‘his mate’ but in reality Fury always knew he was a limited slow dosser and schooled him.

    It’s true. I agree.
