Wilder would KO AJ, Whyte & maybe Usyk. He's dangerous for anyone...

Agree and make no mistake, I still believe he KO's every HW currently out there not named Tyson Fury.

Wilder would flatten Whyte for example in 1 round.

Behind Usyk you mean? Didn't Fury beat Wilder twice in a row making him the #2?

USKY passes the eye test at heavy for sure but the facts are he made harder work of shot old delboy than dillian fxking whyteleafe did, and made harder work of the chinny robot than that obese little grinning Mexican middleweight did.

A featherfisted cruiser like USKY doesnt survive twelve in there with the ATG power of Wilder, let alone the legit ATG Fury.

USKY has the talent to beat the parker-joshua-ruiz-whyteleafe-ortiz types at heavy but his size and lack of pop will imo see him come up short against the elites.

Wallin gave Fury more trouble than Wlad, Wilder and Whyte. Do you think Wallin beats Wlad back then, Whyte and Wilder?

Wilders only semi credible win was ortiz. A very old past it ortiz that outboxed him twice before getting clipped.

So on what basis are we awarding wilder 2nd best in the world ?

He's really not and when you've got a p4p great like usyk in the division it's a really embarrassing statement.

The "resume" argument is important but its not a set formula like some seem to think. Wilders doesnt have the best resume in the division, power is serious, if he hits AJ, Whyte, most of the division theyre probably going akip, and hed hit them at some point (though theres a good chance he could be shot after those brutal fights with Fury plus his age).

Usyk would give him fits and could stop him potentially if he started quickly but he tends to grow into fights and get better as he goes so hed have to start fast. Hes shown a great chin so far but how would he handle wilders power.

Who are the elites? It's only him and Tyson. And if schooled AJ like he did, Wilder is getting that right hand neutralised and made to look like an amateur.

Only in the first fight when Fury was still about 20 stone and the third fight when he had other issues beforehand and again clearly hadn’t prepared as well.

A better comparison would be the second fight when Fury basically steamrollered him and had wilder complaining of heavy costumes and faulty gloves.

I’m not sure about that. Whyte perhaps, but cut aside Fury was below par against Wallin yet fairly comfortable.

Wilder still clipped Fury with a couple of big shots in the second fight. Whyte barely landed a thing on Saturday.

There’s no logic behind ranking Wilder ahead of Usyk, none. And, even if you think Wilder beats AJ(which I think would be 50/50), you gotta rank AJ ahead based on overall resume and the fact that Wilder hasn’t won a fight in almost 2 and a half years.

That said, the state of Fury in the first Wilder fight is blown out of proportions. People pretend like Fury stepped in the ring as a 350lbs cokehead when he was probably in better shape for that one than he was in Wilder 3 or against Whyte. Obviously he wasn’t ready for a title fight, but if he really was %20 or %30 or whatever the ratio thrown around these days, he wouldn’t need to change his style completely for the rematch. And that’s what Fury himself said. Just in the post Whyte interview after he beat Whyte, that he had to take the fight to Wilder because he couldn’t rely on outboxing him over 12 rounds without getting caught with something big at some point.

Amazing achievement!!! You get my point though, how can Wilder be considered second in the division based on practically losing every round he’s boxed against decent opposition.

Possibly a bigger factor was that he couldn't rely on honest scorecards.
