If Usyk defeats AJ again & beats Fury after, it could be the greatest achievement in boxing history?

No, but he will be a greatest CW/HW of this century, if he beats AJ, he who holds WBC belt and than fights one more time for all the belts.

All that without being down or visibly hurt ever in his pro career, in 22 fights.

Except he won't. He'll beat the gun shy Joshua again and retire back to Ukraine.
Where he will be a hero and deservedly so.
Usyk doesn't want to end his career getting KO'd by Fury. Right now he is an enigma
with a long line of fanboys wrapped around his...........

Agree it was impressive but I seem to recall they were at catch weights

Not really. It was the 1980s/90s. Many fighters were on them. I'd say there's plenty still on them today but they're getting the benefit of specialist medical advice in terms of how to avoid being detected using them.

Last time I checked Holy was still in the International Boxing Hall of Fame. If they're prepared to recognise his achievements, I am too.

If Usyk wants to equal those achievements, he needs to fight & defeat Tyson Fury. Not Anthony Joshua twice.

I doubt he'd retire either until somebody properly dethrones him. Usyk is a true fighting man.

I think it would be, but I just don't see how he physically beats Fury.

Fury, for me, would likely beat every other HW in history bar Lewis.

I think that is a major overstatement; to put it in context Joshua has stopped both Klitschko and Whyte and has much better depth in his resume than Fury. So If he wins the rematch with Usyk, he would be walking into a unification bout with Fury on even terms with an equally legitimate claim as the best of this era.

    It would be some achievement.

This is the era of the super HW. For an under sized HW, compared to Fury, Joshua and Wilder, to beat them in their own backyards. He would have to go down as ATG.

Feel sorry for Joshua. Even as an AJ fan I don't want Usyk to lose his next fight. I think the whole world wants him to win.
