Yeah, this site is full of macho confrontational fiery guys. It's bound to happen sometimes. Thank you for the compliment Noel, it's much appreciated, and same to you.
Watched this last night Great fight i have to say Tough one to call so wasn't bothered who got their hand raised
Yeah it was as funny as Floyd saying he wanted to clean up boxing ROFLMAO Only thing funnier would be The NSAC waving the banner Come fight in VegasYou'll never win a decision but you might make some $$$
Me and CST have had a few issues in the past, our personalities are very clashy, mostly because he gets riled up and I'm like ultra detached and for whatever reason when we disagree those two styles mesh nastily. But that being said, we need people who are as passionate as CST about boxing. We need someone to be an ultra boxing nerd and CST is ours. The bias isn't an issue, he loves the sport, of course he's biased. My $0.02
I had it a draw. First 4 were very close nip and tuck and Serrano gave away 2-3 late ones. Hope they run it back.
I watched the undercard last night. Smith vs. Vargas was the best fight of them all and Yafai looked promising.
Significantly better. Higher skill level, more consistent back and forth, tougher participants, and a stoppage to boot.
I gotta disagree. Though that fight was good, Taylor-Serrano was great. Those women put on a hell of a fight!
The skill level in the Taylor fight was pretty average, it was just a brawl, their head movement was non existent.
My take on the fight, a great contest. Two warriors. Skill level high, defense a bit suspect, so a mssive fight. Scoring by rounds, no other way, it is boxing, I had Taylor winning 7-4(10-8) round for Serannon, could be a draw, couple of close rounds. Plus, I'm Irish! Still, hard to give Serrano enough rounds to win, IMO.
It was a very entertaining fight. I’ve always thought Vargas was a little overrated though. He just seems so basic to me.
