Netflix laying off staff following a huge drop in subscribers.

DAZN UK may have to lay off 1 of their 5 staff if the subscriber base falls from 37 to below 30.

Dazn are already on their last legs, if they lose the golden goose then that will be the final nail in the coffin.
This continues to age like fine wine

I wonder what the spin will be when this fight is officially announced on Sky?

AJ is a has been and Matchroom don't need him now that Conor Benn is a global superstar.
AJ was never that important to Matchroom, Katie Taylor was always the flagship fighter.
The rematch with Usyk is not a big fight anyway. Matchroom have got bigger fish to fry.
    Something about Canelo.
It was Matchroom who turned down AJ.

Hearn said he's retiring at 50, so he's got 8 years left in the game. All this talk of taking over boxing with DAZN is nonsense, he's about 8 years away from building what he had at Sky. The platform switch was just a 'cash out' he had the title at Sky now he wants to make thst big retirement fund for him to sit in the Marbella sun with Kugan and AJ.

I think it’s a massive financial risk for DAZN to buy the Uyzk /AJ return . They haven’t the marketing media to promote it plus who would bet that AJ can win ? Even if he does win how many fights does he have left ? I think behind closed doors DAZN are happy to have SKY show it. I think the Golden Goose is finished.

No spin required. From day 1 it was known that AJ had his his broadcast deal and was free to go wherever he wanted. That wasn't hidden.

Also AJ fighting on Sky is still promoted by matchroom.

You are slightly confused thinking AJ signing with sky means AJ leaves matchroom.

Do you live under a rock. AJ has a lifetime deal with Matchroom. He goes where the most money is.

His boxing life is only a few more fights at best - cannot see him going for a Chisora CV that will have @Mitch87 diving for cover when comparing to Wilder's CV with only 2 losses to the main man in the division.

Chisoea record is probably better than Wilders. AJ still has beaten 6 opponents better than Wilder ever has done.

Wilder has been Fury's most difficult opponent by a mile and Fury has 2 easy wins v Plod Chisora on his record.

No, Mcdermot an Wallin were more difficult. Wilder won 4 rounds in 3 fights.

McDermott beat a fresh Fury but no knockdown, Wallin burst his eye open but Fury had it under control.

    Wilder layed Fury flat out.
