Very good, but fighters may give at best partially accurate answers in accounting for even their own power. I recall Foreman saying his power came from...His forearm!
Does a natural puncher truly know where their power comes from? I'd imagine the real big hitters always hit uncommonly hard. They're doing something right, but they're just doing what feels natural.

I remember that LOL. He had a bit of pseudo science about it all. According to the guy ideally a puncher would be built like a snickers bar. He actually didn't do too bad to be honest and it was hilarious reading the comments. Misc is about the funniest forum to scroll.
