Analyzing Punching Power

    Very good, but fighters may give at best partially accurate answers in accounting for even their own power.
    I recall Foreman saying his power came from...His forearm!

    Does a natural puncher truly know where their power comes from? I'd imagine the real big hitters always hit uncommonly hard. They're doing something right, but they're just doing what feels natural.

    Amen to that! Ask some of them the same question 10 times and you may get 10 (or even 11) different answers...

    I remember that LOL. He had a bit of pseudo science about it all. According to the guy ideally a puncher would be built like a snickers bar. He actually didn't do too bad to be honest and it was hilarious reading the comments. Misc is about the funniest forum to scroll.
