I'll put it like this, if both were naturally in the same weight class, I don't see Shakur being too keen on fighting Rigo.

Fk me now Stevenson is better than a prime Rigo .. tiny Rigo with only a handful of fights schooled an all-time great in Donaire.. weight grifter Stevenson who could quite easily fight as a light welterweight NOW beats a guy who went life and death with Scott Quig and now he's the greatest thing since sliced bread LOL.. Loma ruined Rigo as a force but at his best he was a phenomenal talent.. you cant compare ..

Rigo, he has no speed, plods around the ring on leaden feet, his stance is amateurish wide, he ducks far below the beltline, for a fighter, that´s not fine.

Rigo was seen as boring because he was a master of efficiency. It always looked like he could be doing so much more because he didn’t move when he didn’t have to. Stevenson is going to get the same criticism with his fights. Very similar fighters, but Rigo was clearly the harder hitting and more explosive fighter.

Well Stevenson is not even prime yet as he's only 24. But based on current Stevenson and the best Rigo, I'd say Rigo. But again we have yet to see the ceiling for Stevenson.

Shakur at 24 is already better than Rigo ever was as a pro. Very overrated, outside of his Donaire win his career was totally mediocre.

Anyone who says Shakur never watch Rigo in his prime.

Let's talk again after Shakur reach top 5 P4P which Rigo did.

Rigondeaux in his prime was clearly the more skilled for me, not to take anything away from Shakur who I can think can have a great career.

Gotta say I think that Shakur is consistently more easy on the eye to watch than Rigondeaux. If Shakur had Rigo’s sniper like punch that can break jaws then he’d be one scary fighter to deal with.
