He soundly beat one of the top 5 P4P currently so I would say somewhere within the top 5 based in that performance. If he beats him again soundly In the rematch then definitely solid top 5.
I selected 8, but honestly it’s too low. Looking at his resume for only 20 fights it’s good. Already beat Sullivan Barrera, Joe Smith Jr, a badly finished Jean Pascal, and dominated Canelo the consensus top guy. Although Canelo finally reached his limit fighting big guys. He should be top 6 imo. Right ahead of Spence
It's hard to place him, because he has 2 good wins while others are more wins. His win against Canelo obviously put him near the top. If he continues to prove himself, he could easily be top 3.
I don't really rank Bivol in the top 10 yet. Canelo was just over-rated and hyped as anyone. I don't give Bivol THAT much credit for beating a guy who is naturally 10+ lbs lighter. If Bivol cleans up the 175 division, beating Beterbiev and Ramirez, Bivol can get into the conversation. But he needs to win at other weight divisions like 168 to get more run. I don't see Bivol fighting at cruiser.
P4P is a load of horse wallop Crawford should be embarrassed he gloats about it so much and Canelo Usyk and Fury do not care about this worthless thing
I would still rank Bivoll p4p lower than Canelo. Only Bivoll resume is definitely changing. He has the most valuable victory in boxing of all professional boxers.
Canelo was ranked p4p #1 based on his demolition job of 168. I know 168 was and is a poor division but Canelo hardly had any trouble with it. I don't think stepping up to a strong division and coming short knocks him down the rankings. But that's just my opinion.
