man I have to be honest, Canelo shouldn't be at 175 to begin with. He's struggling a lot with the size of these guys.

 

I'm sure you are, I would expect nothing less. You're always consistently about a round or 2 off when it comes to Canelo fights. I can always count on you for that.

 

If I had to guess, I'd say that Dave Moretti is the ring leader in fixing fights because he was a judge in 12 of Canelo's last 15 bouts.

 

Agreed, I was never a proponent of him moving to 175 again. If you recall, I always thought it was best for him to stay at 168 where he's practically unbeatable, except maybe against GGG. He's a much slower and less effective fighter at 175, that was obvious against Kovalev. But do you think his gassing and lethargy against Bivol could have something to do with the vegan diet? Not enough carne asada for this camp perhaps.

 

Great win for Bivol. 119-110 for me though. Glad they didn’t rob him (they nearly did)

Yeah I didn't know what he said at the press conference. But even if he said that at the press conference, he still showed that he's a class act by not making excuses and admitting he lost in the immediate aftermath.
