Chavez lost to Frankie Randall, got a dubious W in the second fight and finally dragged out FR's corpse to get a third victory years later.

I know you are hurting right now.

But you may as well accept that Canelo isn't as great as you wanted him to be. No point denying it.

Canelo isn't fit to tie their shoelaces.

Bivol would probably sweep Hagler, Leonard, and Duran at 175 so I dont follow.

Just try and not to get too depressed about last night's result. I mean you can still pretend that Mayweather was unbeatable. So that's something for you to cling onto.

I'm not sad at all. It would take a pathetic hater to not respect that Canelo is challenging himself by fighting guys like Bivol.

    No need to lash out.

It's not worth getting angry about.

He'd have whipped Duran but would have come out facially damaged

I admire his tenacity but fear for his life in taking up a match with Hagler

Canelo has about a 50:50 chance with Leonard. If his match with Floyd gives any indication, Leonard may be a little too tricky and elusive

It would be close but watch out for Las Vegas decisions

Canelo would whip Hagler of the Leonard fight. It was Hags last bout

it is just the truth. This era is watered down. It was refreshing seeing a fighter use his skills last night like Bivol did. I was surprised..

You're surprised because you didn't really know Bivol as a fighter.

I knew he was good and had a feeling he could make it an interesting fight because he was fast, but I honestly did not think he could use 19 fights and have the discipline to fight 12 rounds against and experienced guy and control the rounds like he did. Fighters today are not as good, but he looks disciplined, which is the key word here. In a rematch who knows how it would go. Canelo will try to rough him up and Bivol will stay disciplined and try to win another decision probably.
