Who beat Canelo more convincingly: Mayweather, Golovkin the first time around or Bivol?

Canelo moved up to 160 to fight Golovkin, and Golovkin still couldn't win.

Bivol gave him a beating and a schooling, while Mayweather just schooled him. The GGG fights were more competitive, even though I think Canelo lost both of them.

Bivol for me, he could have knocked Canelo out if he actually pressed for it (and probably should have given they still tried to rob him).

Bivol beat the best Canelo and both guys are in their prime..

Floyd legit 12-0’d Canelo but neither guy was in their prime..

Well, i had both the Mayweather Bivol fight's 11-1, and GGG 1 8-4 (to Golovkin) but the Floyd fight was the least competitive. I thought Lara beat him easier than GGG.

Forgot to add, Bivol beat the best version of Canelo.

People keep saying Bivol beat the best version of Canelo. At 175 Canelo is 1-1 and wasn't even wiping out a shot Kovalev before KO'ing him. Kovalev was at least even with Canelo if not winning, and Bivol won comfortably. Canelo is not at his best at 175 and that is extremely clear.

wxceot that bivol didn’t land clean in every round he throw more it’s a difference in the rounds I have Canelo was pretty simple hood defense and landed bigger shots not that hard to understand. But listen I feel you I’ve learned it’s better to not debate Canelo fights because shots he lands get ignored and shots he blocked gets called landing blow. The right man one so it is what it is

True, and even when Canelo started going up against the ropes, Yeah some Bivol shots got through but most hit gloves or were blocked. The DAZN commentators were acting like every time Bivol threw he was landing which was not the case at all. Both landed at a very low %, Bivol did land more of the clean punches by the end but Bivol only started landing clean towards the end of the fight, not much clean in the early rounds which is why you can give Canelo the first 4 rounds because while Bivol was more active, Canelo was picking off most of Bivol's shots and landing the cleaner work early on. It was Canelo's fatigue carrying the extra weight that made Canelo's defense lazier towards the end which allowed Bivol to start landing better towards the end of the fight.

I would have to say Floyd Mayweather defeated Saul Canelo Alvarez more convincing, then Dimitry Bivol, love that left jab by the way, then Gennady Golovkin, but GGG left too much up to the officiating, not a good way to go.

G never came close to putting on the beating Bivol did. Just stop already with the revisionist history. The G fights were pretty evenly matched. Bivol was never out of sorts, never bothered, never outclassed. In fact he outclassed Canelo, while G had very competitive fights with Canelo.

Mayweather, he toyed with him. Bivol took him dead seriously and gave him nothing. GGG got the better of him in a total war. So Mayweather.

    Bivol.

Why? Because he had Canelo hurt a number of times. I think many people will agree that Bivol had a chance to stop Canelo if he pressed more.

Canelo was still the heavier puncher than Bivol when he loaded up. Bivol's quickness, hand speed and counter punching was a difference maker though.
